The Carpe Viam team is growing

Carpe Viam is growing. More and more companies are looking for our methods to explore their full potential, including hard and soft facts. Along with our growth we are glad to welcome two additional team members: Anja Kiefer and Elke Ranger.

Anja uses economic education and experience as well as her substantial coaching practice. She successfully led numerous change processes. Beyond that she offers trainings for coaches.

Elke owns educational, teaching and economic know how which she applies to guide change processes. Communication and team building are her special areas of competence.

The Carpe Viam team is glad to support clients with additional competence and capacity.

Co-Author of the Career Management Handbook, University St. Gallen

Since 2006 Dr. Anja Henke, Managing Director at Carpe Viam, is working for the renowned University St. Gallen / Switzerland. She provides trainings and individual coachings for students. Based on the long-standing cooperation she was invited to become a co-author of the Career Management Handbook. She composed an article on "Case Study Interviews". Next to this special topic, which is especially important for students applying for consulting or investment firms, she supports students for career planning and target achievement.

The Handbook was published in March 2011.

The Art of Leadership

Take advantage of one of the most successful learning methods - experience based learning assisted by horses. We offer horse-assisted leadership seminars in Ratingen (nearby Duesseldorf) or in Gelsenkirchen and Kassel with our partners.

Horse assisted seminars are available for individuals and teams. We develop coaching or workshop concepts according to your goals.

Study „Factors of Success in Change Processes"

In 2008, the study „Factors of Success in Change Processes" was started, scientifically surveyed by Dr. Achim Michalke, Professor with a chair in Technical Management at the University of Applied Science in Braunschweig / Wolfenbuettel (Germany).
